Any mention of “us” or “we” on this website refers to MotoCafe Holdings Pty Ltd, or where convenient may also be written or expressed as “E-Pawn” and/or “EPawn”.

We Will Sell Your Pawned Goods If you Default
If you do not redeem your pawned goods by the Due Date stated on the Pawn Ticket, E-Pawn will sell your pawned goods without further notification. Please note that all Pawn Tickets will be issued in the name of E-Pawn Pawnbrokers. At our sole discretion, we may sell the pawned goods by auction or otherwise at our business premises, in a manner conducive to securing the best price reasonably obtainable, as soon as practically possible after the Due Date. We will also deduct from the sale proceeds the amounts you owe to us, including the total principal sum loaned against the pawned goods, the interest accrued on that sum to the Due Date, and any costs of or reasonably incidental to the sale.
